Hartmann’s HydroTac Sacral is a specially formulated hydrogel granular foam bedsore patch for the sensitive area of the sacrum and coccyx. It offers active support in the healing of hierogenic bedsores, maintaining moisture balance and absorbing excess exudate. Its unique anatomical design ensures a perfect fit, stability and comfort, while its gentle removal makes it ideal for prolonged use in bedridden patients. HydroTac Sacral is an excellent choice for professional or home wound care in the coccyx area. Made of high-quality polyurethane foam, it is equipped with an innovative hydrogel layer in the form of a mesh, which touches the wound and maintains the ideal moist environment for rapid epithelialization. At the same time, the outer membrane is permeable to water vapor but impermeable to germs and liquids, protecting the site from contamination. The painless detachment of the patch prevents irritation and re-injury of the skin, offering a care experience with respect to the sensitivity of the tissues.
