1. Replacement of products in all cases in which there has been a problem or actual defect in the product, which is covered by its warranty and if the product cannot be repaired by the company or by the dealership of the product. In any other case where the product is repaired and operated according to the manufacturer’s specifications, no product is offered for replacement.
  1. Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of their invoicing and in case:

– Our fault (selling the wrong products)

– Poor or defective quality products

In any case, the products must be returned in their packaging, in excellent condition, in the condition they were shipped, complete and without damage. The packaging of the product should be the one that normally accompanies it and be in excellent condition. In case they are not returned within 14 days, then we may not accept any return and replacement.

For all cases mentioned, the maximum return time frame for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the invoice date. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced or repaired must necessarily be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied it (e.g. DAT, Retail Receipt and so on).

  1. Refunds can be made within 14 days from the date of their invoicing in the event of:

– Our fault (selling the wrong products)

– Poor or defective quality products

In any other case, no money is refunded, but a credit card is issued if the product has been returned under the conditions described in paragraph 2.

  1. Our company does not have the ability to temporarily replace products that are in the process of repair (service) for as long as this may last.

5. Products for personal use, personal hygiene, toilet and care cannot be returned and are not subject to the previous paragraphs.
