Hydroclean advance wound dressing with Ringer solution

For liquid treatment of all wounds, especially those that tend to heal inadequately. Chronic and poorly healing wounds in the cleansing and granulation phase. HydroClean® advance 5.5cm effectively cleanses the wound and activates the healing process. The contact layer of the wound consists of a polypropylene knit to which silicone tapes are applied. The contact layer of the wound and the silicone strips prevent adhesion to the wound bed. On the non-wound side, an impermeable polypropylene membrane covered with hydrophobic non-woven polypropylene prevents premature drying of the bandages. HydroClean advance delivers the Ringer solution to the wound for up to three days. During this time, interactive and continuous irrigation of the wound is carried out as the dressing also absorbs the exudate of the wound. The SAP used in HydroClean deactivates matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) that interfere with wound healing. This reactivates the stagnant healing of chronic wounds.
