Κιουρέτες ώτων με φακό και LED φωτισμό με άκρο 3mm σε συσκευασία των 50 ανταλλακτικών τεμαχίων με μια πηγή φωτισμού. Το άκρο έχει εύρος κίνησης 90 °. Αρθρώνεται για να βοηθήσει στην απομάκρυνση του κεριού από το κανάλι του αυτιού.
Description
Για να χρησιμοποιήσετε τη κιουρέτα:
1. Τοποθετήστε τον ασθενή άνετα στο κρεβάτι εξέτασης. Μικρότερα παιδιά μπορεί να είναι καθισμένα στην αγκαλιά του γονέα κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας.
2. Χρησιμοποιώντας ένα ωτοσκόπιο, εξετάστε το κανάλι του αυτιού επισημαίνοντας την παρουσία και τη θέση οποιουδήποτε ξένου σώματος ή κεριού.
3. Ισιώστε το κανάλι του αυτιού τραβώντας απαλά το αυτί προς τα πάνω και μακριά από τον ασθενή. Τοποθετήστε την άκρη της κιουρέτας δίπλα στο εμπόδιο ή πίσω από αυτό εάν υπάρχει χώρος μεταξύ του εμποδίου και του τοιχώματος του αυτιού.
4. Πιάστε τη λαβή της κιουρέτας στην παλάμη σας τοποθετώντας το δείκτη σας στη σκανδάλη και τραβώντας την προς τα πίσω. Αυτό θα προκαλέσει την κάμψη της άκρης της.
5. Κρατήστε το άκρο στη θέση κάμψης και χαλαρώστε απαλά το εμπόδιο από το κανάλι του αυτιού.
6. Χρησιμοποιήστε ένα ωτοσκόπιο για να επανεξετάσετε το κανάλι του αυτιού, επισημαίνοντας την παρουσία και τη θέση οποιουδήποτε
υπολοίπου.
7. Επαναλάβετε την παραπάνω διαδικασία, όπως απαιτείται, έως ότου η τυμπανική μεμβράνη μπορέσει να εμφανιστεί επαρκώς ή το ξένο σώμα έχει αφαιρεθεί.
8. Αφαιρέστε το ωτοσκόπιο και απορρίψτε την άκρη της κιουρέτας.
