Plasma sterilization roll - 10cm x 70m

Plasma oven sterilization rolls made of special TYVEK type paper with external chemical indicator. Manufactured according to international specifications, in accordance with ISO 11607-1  EN 868 -5 & 13485. They consist of durable paper and soft multilayer film. Its weight is 64.4 gr/m² for better durability. There are large-sized sterilization rolls, printed at dense intervals and are suitable for sterilization in a plasma oven (H₂O₂) and ethylene oxide. The chemical indicators have a sharp color change and are placed on the inner surface of the roll, outside the work area, thus ensuring direct visual contact with the indicators and at the same time with the sterilized material. The paper side is durable, has a high degree of chemical purity, does not leave fibers and its thickness is in accordance with applicable standards. During opening, the plastic is perfectly separated from the paper, without tearing the paper, eliminating the risk of microbes passing from the outside to the inside. The plastic side is durable, soft and does not wrinkle after baking. The side adhesive surface is continuous, uniform and of maximum strength, so that it does not open from the pressure of the weight of the tools and does not leave traces when opening. They are available in individual packaging, on which the production date – safe use, the item code, lot number, etc. are written on the outside.
