Display functions:

Mode B (black and white imaging):
To display the anatomy in two dimensions in real time

Color Doppler (color flow):
Color-coded overlay for real-time visualization of blood flow

PW (pulse wave spectral doppler):
Displays the speed and direction of blood flow allowing velocity measurements

M-mode (motion mode):
Displays tissue movement over time (along a direction as indicated by the m-mode cursor)

Data storage:

• Manually entering patient information
• Storage space directly on the terminal for up to 500 tests
