Dermlite GL dermatoscope
The Dermlite GL digital dermatoscope operates with polarized light and is compatible with smartphones. It features two magnifications designed for the best possible control of skin lesions. It is sleek, uniquely designed and small in size (slightly larger than a marker), while incorporating a high-quality lens (6x) ideal for dermatoscopy and a general purpose lens (1.4x). The GL allows for highly detailed images to be taken using almost any smartphone or iPad. Dermlite Handyscope Dermatoscope
The DermLite Handyscope with 10x magnification is specially designed for use with smartphones and tablets and allows dermoscopic examinations with the aid of polarized and non-polarized light. The polarized or non-polarized illumination modes are activated with a built-in button. In addition, a removable contact disc allows the user to choose between contact and non-contact dermoscopy. The device can thus be used with immersion fluids for dermoscopy of pigmented lesions or for non-contact examination of vascular structures. To use it, the Handyscope is simply connected to the smartphone or tablet of your choice by placing the adhesive metal ring in the smartphone case. The Handyscope's built-in magnets provide a secure hold to guarantee simple dermoscopic examinations. For centrally positioned smartphone cameras, the metal ring can be replaced by metal wings. The Handyscope is compatible with DermLite adapter kits and DermLite Universal smartphone adapters.

If the front panel is removed, the device can also be used for non-contact dermoscopy, which provides a particularly clear image of vascular structures where local pressure would change the appearance of the lesion. The Lumio LED dermatological lamp is an ideal product for the precise examination of large surfaces such as varicose veins, skin lesions, hair follicles, pigmentation, etc. The operating light is powered by 4 AA batteries with which at least 250 thirty-second sessions can be performed. This product does not require additional equipment such as protective covers as you do not need to touch the patient.
