Nexcare™ Coldhot™ Mini by 3M is an ice pack/heat pack specially designed to provide pain relief. Due to its small size, it is ideal for minor injuries, toothaches, nosebleeds, insect bites, edema (swelling), bruises, muscle aches and stiffness.

Instructions for use
The Nexcare™ Coldhot™ Mini is not microwaveable. For hot use, immerse the product in freshly boiled water (removed from the heat source) for 4 to 5 minutes. For cold use, place the patch in the refrigerator or freezer to be ready for use. Always use the product with the protective cover included in the package or wrap it in a towel or cloth.
